Soprano med sin ejer Alain Seheut.

Oldenburgerhingsten Soprano e. Sandro Hit/ Contender (opdr.

Blue Hors Romancier (opdr. Svend Skov Poulsen og Dorit Greve), championatsfinalisten og UVM-deltageren Sopran Morsø mf. Akinos (opdr.

This is incredibly difficult to post…but here goes. It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our wonderful stallion Soprano. Soprano was euthanized this past week due to a tragic accident in his paddock. There truly are no words to express the pain and deep sorrow we are feeling. It has been such an honor and a privilege to have had this remarkable, most magnificent stallion in our lives. It is so difficult to cope with and accept this loss. He made our lives better…like the good friend that he was--and his passing has left a void and emptiness in our hearts and at the farm that can never be filled. He will live on through his offspring…but never again will there be another quite like Soprano. He was once in a lifetime. Not a day shall pass that we won’t think of and miss Soprano’s grace, beauty, personality, fun loving antics, and exuberant presence. He was truly a class act. Rest in peace beautiful Soprano, and live in spirit…you will always be in our hearts.
Soprano has had a remarkable impact on the breeding world with offspring competing very successfully at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses, Swedish National Championships, World Equestrian Games, “Future Champions” competition in Hagen, Germany, as well as top offspring competing successfully up through Intermediare in Denmark, Sweden , Holland, Germany, Great Britain and North America in International competitions. His offspring’s successes are too numerous to list here. However, we have placed a list of some of his offspring’s accomplishments in Soprano’s photo album.
We thank the many breeders in North America and Europe who have bred mares to Soprano. We are contacting breeders who have outstanding contracts and will do all we can to support those breeders by providing frozen semen, which is known to be of excellent quality. For those of you who own one of Soprano’s offspring, we hope they bring you as much joy and happiness as Soprano brought to us. Soprano (1999-2015)
